Tito in Moscow President Tito of Jugoslavia has arrived in Moscow for four days of talks with the General Secretary of the Soviet Union Communist Party (Mr Brezhnev) and the Foreign Minister (Mr Andrei Gromyko). It is Marshal Tito’s first visit to the Soviet Union since June, 1972.— Moscow, Nov. 13.
