• (N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Oct. 30. The Meat Board today declined to comment on an assertion that the list of Smithfield prices it issued weekly was misleading. The Meat Exporters’ Council chairman (Mr P. T. Norman) said yesterday to the meat industry inquiry that the list was “misleading” and “creates suspicion.” A Meat Board spokesman j said the board had discussed! the claim but would not com-1 ment on it.
