SPILLER, County Clerk. 6173 MOUNT HERBERT COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER RE STREET NUMBERING PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Pursuant to and in exercise of the power vested in it by the Counties Act. 1956. and all other powers it thereunto enabling the Mount Herbert County Council hereby declares that at a Special Meeting of the Mount Herbert County Council held on May 17. 1973. at 1.30 p.m., a resolution was passed and will be submitted for confirmation at an ordinary meeting of the Council to be held at Godley House, Diamond Harbour, on Friday, June 22. 1973. at 1.30 p.m. SPECIAL ORDER TO ADOPT (a) This By-Law may be cited as the Mount Herbert Bv-Law No. 2. 1973. (b) The occupier of every building in the County shall mark that building and keep the same marked with numbers in accordance with the requirements hereinafter set forth. (a) Each number shall in no case be less than seven and one-half centimetres (7.5 cm.) in height and shall be of a colour in contrast to its background. (b) Each number shall be placed in a conspicuous position facing the road to which the numbers pertain. (c) The numbers shall be fixed in position within thirty (30) days of receipt of a notice from the Council to do so. (d) The numbers shall be renewed as often as they become defaced or obliterated, or as the Council shall order. A Copy of the Special Order mav be inspected at the County Office, 188 Hereford Street. HEATHCOTE COUNTY COUNCIL NOTICE OF SPECIAL ORDER PURSUANT to Section 87 of the Counties Act 1956, notice is hereby given that at a Special Meeting of the Heathcote County Council, held on the sth day of June, 1973, a resolution was passed by way of Special Order, making an annual recurring separate rate pursuant to Section 112 of the Counties Act 1956 and will be submitted for confirmation at an Ordinary Meeting of the Council to be held op the 28th day of June. 1973.
