“The Press'* Special Service HASTINGS. Paramill showed that she was ready for a fine race in the Members’ Handicap at Awapuni tomorrow with a good run over half a mile at Hastings yesterday. Despite an overnight soaking, the course proper was only easy. On the course proper Paramill ran half a mile in 51 j. the last three furlongs in 38 2/5. She likes the mud.
