Banana Pudding
Even in the summer the family appreciates the occasional hot pudding and this recipe for Banana Pudding is certain to please. Ingredients given here make enough for four servings. You will need: 2 slices buttered bread, j inch thick j cup chopped nuts
2 bananas 1 teaspoon grated lemon rind 2 tablespoons sugar 1 egg J pint milk Grated nutmeg
Method: Trim crusts from bread and cut into dice, place half in a greased ovenproof disly sprinkle over half of the nuts and add the sliced bananas, a little -bf the sugar and the lemon rind. Add remainder of bread cubes. Beat egg with remaining sugar and milk and pour this over the contents of dish. Sprinkle with remaining nuts and grated nutmeg. Bake at 350 until set.
