Ice cream toppings.— To make an unusual topping for ice cream blend equal quantities of honey and peanut butter. Before serving sprinkle with finely chopped peanuts. Heated fruit mincemeat also make a flavoursome topping for vanilla ice cream. It should be capped with a blob of whipped cream.
