M.I.M. parent has found uranium
American Smelting and Refining Company, the parent company of M.LM. Holdings, Ltd, has apparently discovered a large uranium deposit at Lake Maitland, Western Australia.
At a symposium, sponsored by the C.5.1.R.0. and held at the University of Sydney, on Uranium in Australia, details of the deposit were given.
Asarco Australia has outlined a mineralised zone which is 550 metres wide and 5200 metres long.
It is understood that M.LM. and Asarco have an agreement that M.I.M. can farm in on any finds by Asarco.
