Pit Stops
The possibility of a Grand Prix being held in the streets of Birmingham has been postponed for a year. The Birmingham council has voted in favour of the proposal but the draft bill to be presented to Parliament — a requirement under British law for such a project—required a majority of five more votes in the 156strong council than were actually gained.
