Nomination proposal

HASTINGS, Dec. 10. Mr D. Maclntyre, the former Cabinet Minister who lost the Hastings seat to Mr C. R. Mayson (Labour) at the General Election, has been asked by a group of businessmen to stand for the Hastings Mayoralty. Mr R. V. Giorgi, the present Mayor, has indicated that this is his last term in office.
