SWEEPSTAKE PRIZES
(N.Z, Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 7. Consolation prizes in the first Auckland Cup sweepstake were drawn in Dunedin today, but the winning numbers will not be released until later this week. A spokesman for the organiser, Hammond and McArthur, Ltd, said in Wellingtoday that an unofficial ust |of the major consolation I prize winners in the sweepstake would be available to--1 morrow.
