Narcotic protocol
(N.Z. Press Association) WELLINGTON, Dec. 7. New Zealand will sign the new protocol which amends the convention on Narcotic Drugs, 1961, the Minister of Health (Mr Adams-Schneider) said today. “A wide range of new and stricter measures against drugs, especialy in developing countries, together with increased technical and fincanial assistance to countries where it is needed, and neighbourly and regional cooperation are some of the objectives aimed at,” he said.
