N.Z. ratifies convention
(Tt.X. Prett Aitociallon) WELLINGTON, Nov. 24. New Zealand’s instrument of ratification of the International Convention for the Elimination of Racial Discrimination has been Nations Secretary-General, the Minister of Foreign Affairs (Sir Keith Holyoake) said. The convention has now been ratified by more than 70 countries.
