‘Big brother watching'
Golf-playing public servants were warned in Manila yesterday: “Big brother is watching you.” A mobile team has been formed by the Department of National Defence to visit golf courses and "other places of amusement” between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. every day to look for Government officials who should be working. President Ferdinand Marcos has ordered the dismissal of all Government officials found to be corrupt, incompetent, or remiss in their duties.— Manila, November 7,
