TWO KILLED IN CRASH
(N.Z. Press Association) WAIROA, November 6. The driver of a car, and a passenger, the driver’s sister, were killed when it left the road and plunged 200 ft into the Mohaka River south of Wairoa on Saturday. They were Desmond Rauapia Biddle, aged 17, and Ruby Karake Biddle, aged 16, of Ruapunga. Another passenger suffered a broken leg and a third suffered a back injury.
