PROPERTY SALES
A house and 24-perch section at 27 Rudds Road, Bromley, was sold for $9OOO at auction yesterday. The property includes a playhouse and a garage, and was offered for sale by George Anderson and Son, Ltd. Mr J. L. T. Dyer was the auctioneer. The Government valuation is $5lOO.
A property at 57 Sandwich Road, Beckenham, was sold at auction for $8950. The property comprises a small weatherboard bungalow on 24 perches of land on which the Government valuation is $4400. Mr L. G. Jones was the auctioneer for C. E. Jones, Ltd. A three-bedroom house on 20 perches at 28 Clarence Street was sold by auction for $B7OO. Mr T. H. Gibbon, of T. H. Gibbon and Co., was the auctioneer. The Government valuation is $2900. A summerhill stone house on a {-acre section at 25 Gamblins Road was passed in at $14,250 when offered for sale by Livingstone’s yesterday. The Government valuation is $BBOO. Mr C. R. Blackett was the auctioneer.
