R. Jackson (Auckland) won the New Zealand Croquet Council president’s invitation tournament for junior section players at the Elmwood green this week. Results of finals were:—R. Jackson (Auckland), 13 games: MUs J. Clarke (Hawke’s Bav), 11; G. Roberts (Otago), 10; Mrs R. Richardson (Canterbury), 8; Mrs D. Stanton (Canterbury), 7; Mrs O. Norris (Bay of Plenty), 4; Mrs J. Shanks (Otago), 2; Mn Millar (Southland), 1.
