minister at Drury, South Auckland; St George’s, Takapuna; Trinity, Timaru; and Khandallah, Wellington, Mr McKenzie has served on many Assembly committees and has been convener of the international relations committee, the life and work committee, the church union committee, and the general administration committee. He has been a member of the Joint Commission on Church Union. For several years, he was chairman of the standing committee of the New Zealand Council of Christian Education, was a member of the board of governors of Queen Margaret College, Wellington, and president of the Onslow College Parents’ Association. Mr McKenzie was for some years chairman of the South Canterbury Presbyterian Social Service Association, and in 1966 was appointed Superintendent-Secretary of the Christchurch Presbyterian Social Service Association. He is convener of the social service committee of the Joint Commission on Church Union, and secretary of the South Island regional council of the New Zealand Council of Christian Social Services. Mr McKenzie has been Moderator of the South Auckland, Auckland, South Canterbury, and Wellington Presbyteries.
