PLUGS FOR MAZDAS
Spark-plugs made in the United States are now being used as original equipment in Mazda rotaryengined cars. The plugs, made by the Champion company, are of a special design, and feature two ground electrodes and a copper-cored centre electrode. Plugs in rotary engines need much more cooling than those in conventional engines. Each of the two combustion chambers in the Mazda engine takes two spark-plugs. BRITISH LEYLAND has won a contract worth more than sBm to supply the Nigerian Government with buses and trucks.
