The new president of the New Zealand Baptist Women's Missionary Union, Mrs H. T. Stevens, of Auckland, took office at the annual meeting in Christchurch yesterday. During the year the union raised about $32,000 for missionary work in New Zealand and overseas. From left are the Dominion treasurer (Mrs H. G. Massam, of Auckland); the immediate past president (Mrs K. Rowe, of Christchurch); Mrs Stevens; the Dominion secretary (Mrs R. L.
