The New Zealand Institute of Agricultural Science and 1 the Christchurch Drainage 2 Board were also to make sub- , missions. The hearing will i. continue today. The council’s zoning of land 1 at the foot of the hills has ». been the subject of many ob- - jections and appeals since 1968.
