A weatherboard bungalow on a section of 27 perches at 148 Lyttelton Street, Spreydon, was sold for $10,200 at auction yesterday. The property had a Government i valuation of $5400 and the iauctioneer was Mr J. L. T. i Dyer for George Anderson Sand Son, Ltd.
| A three-bedroom bungalow [on a comer section of 22 ■perches at 138 Bristol Street [was passed in at auction for ($16,500. It had a Government valuation of $9200. Mr I Dyer was also the auc- ■ tioneer.
