Mr C. W. F. Hamilton, who invented and developed jet-propulsion units for boats, is assisted by his wife when cutting the tenth anniversary cake of the New Zealand Jet Boat Association at Lake Ohau on Saturday evening. Members of the association, the largest boating organisation in New Zealand, gathered at the lake to celebrate the anniversary during the week-end. On Sunday they were guests of the Hamilton family at Irishman Creek, where the first experimental jet units were tested.
