(N.Z. Press Association/ WELLINGTON, Aug. 23. The proposals would now be further considered by the Cabinet, Mr Thomson added. The chairman of the council of M.A.N.Z. (Dr R. S. Elliott), had advised him of the result of the survey which had been mainly to discover whether the medical profession supported any in increase in benefits being passed on to patients. The survey also asked whether doctors would be prepared to accept a benefit in full settlement of the doctor’s fee for approved routine immunisations in children up to the age of 16.
