ZEALAND - bred x horses won some s4m in the United States and Canada during 1971, more than 550 horses contributing to the total. The biggest individual winner during the year was Leroy with $100,450, followed by Amend with $62,500 and Ghandi with $58,425. Curragh Dan did well to earn $49,755. Black On had $48,955, Light Forbes
$42,085, Stylish Major $39,398. Orbiter $36,475. Rostrevor $37,422. Roval Count $35,929, Maida Million $34,904. Chief Command $32,595. Bewitched $32,405, and Stewart Hanover $30,258. The growing list of New Zealand winners in North America is headed by the evergreen Orbiter with $344,159, a total he has al-' ready increased this year, even though he is a 13-year-old.
