H. Pollard net falls 11.5%

WELLINGTON, July 12
The unaudited group net. profit of Henderson and Pollard. Ltd, fell by about I $29,200 or 11.5 per cent to about $225,000 the directors say in a preliminary report, j The result was considered satisfactory in view of the difficult trading conditions encountered during the year,: the directors say. A final dividend of 6c a I share (6 per cent) will be paid on August 7, ex dividend July 17, maintaining the annual rate at 9 per cent. Perpetual sale The Perpetual Trustees Company. Ltd, has reported that a sale of 100 shares at 1150 c was made on Tuesday. The previous reported sale I was made on March 29 at 11100 c—before the company I was de-listed.
