(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter— Copyright)

MOSCOW, July 12.

The Soviet Prime Minister (Mr Alexei Kosygin) yesterday opened the twenty-sixth session of the Council of Mutual Economic Assistance —or Comecon, the Communist bloc trading group. It is the first such session at which Jugoslavia, which is not one of the eight full members of Comecon, is represented by its Prime Minister (Mr Dzemalbijedic). Jugoslavia has in the past attended Comecon sessions as an observer, but , today Tass news agency listed it separately from the jobserver delegations—the j Cubans and the North i Koreans.
