SOUTH C ANTERBI ’ RY—Moderat c south-westerlies predominating: mainly fin< and cool.

CENTRAL MARLBOROUGH. NELSON. BULLER and NORTH WESTLAND— Moderate variable winds; a few scattered showers; cool.

SOUTH WESTLAND—Light southerlies predominating; fine and cool. OUTLOOK.—South-westerlies predominating; scattered showers, mostly on exposed coasts and about the high country.
