The Blank Cup competition narrowed to a two-team contest after fifth and sixth-round matches on Sunday. Kaiapol and Harewood both had two wins and moved dear of Russley, previously a joint-leader, which had a half and a loss. There is a closer contest for the Simon Cup, with Windsor A leading by half a point from Waltlkiri—previously third—and Coringa another half-point behind after a bad day.
