Flat sold at $13,500
A two-storey ownership flat, with two double bedrooms, a sitting room, and sunroom, at 23 Beverley Street, St Albans, was sold for $13,500 at an auction on Thursday afternoon. Mr M. H. McCrostie, of N. H. McCrostie and Company, was the auctioneer.
