“Gallery” lively but courteous
Quite the most interesting item in a very thin Tuesday night’s television was the “Gallery” meeting of the Prime Minister and Mr Kirk to discuss the Government’s new stabilisation measures.
the people to look at their | political leaders in action, at | close range. David Exel was very much at home on this occasion, managing affairs well, and not too obtrusively. There were two other main items after the news and “The South Tonight.” Marius Goring and “The Expert” did not hold the attention as much as in the previous programme in the series. It was empty, weak and pointless, and played without conviction by the two principals.—PANDOßA.
