INJUNCTION RESCINDED
(N.Z. Press Association! WELLINGTON, Mar. 29. An interim injunction restraining the Wellington Publishing Company, Ltd, from taking further steps in its proposed merger with Blundell Brothers, Ltd, was today rescinded by Mr Justice Quilliam in the Wellington Supreme Court. The injunction against the defendant company had been granted ex parte, to two of its directors, Mr A. L. Mason and Mr J. H. Dunn.
