DECREES IN DIVORCE
On undefended divorce petitions presented to Mr Justice Wilson in the Supreme Court yesterday decrees nisi were granted as follows:— Desertion. — Lorraine Ann Smallbon, of Kaiapoi (Mr G. W. Alexander) v. Rex Smallbon, a seaman. Separation agreement.—Yvonne Mary May Halligan (Mr B. J. Drake) v. Lindsay Eric Halligan, a cabinetmaker (Mr S. G. Erber). Living apart.—Graeme Douglas Benney, a lineman, of Rangiora (Mr R. H. Bowron). v. Rosaleen Elsie Benney, of Waikino; William Myles, a manager (Mr D. H. P. Dawson) v. Shirley Rose Myles, of Sydney, Australia.
