Trans Holds 1:2 issue
Trans Holdings, Ltd, will make a one-for-two issue of shares at par to members of the company registered on April 7. The shares will be payable 50c on application and 50c on or before August 18. Existing shares will be ex-rights March 30. The issue will provide working capital and funds towards the completion of Trans Hotel, Queenstown.
