7 Australian entries

NEW PLYMOUTH.

The New Zealand champion, G. Woodroffe, and the Australian champion, N. Clarke, are among the entries for the interdominion

OJC-class yachting championships at New Plymouth from March 31 to April 3. Woodroffe (Auckland) is one of 29 New Zealand entries and Clarke, who is from Queensland, is one of seven Australians. There is one Canadian entry, D. Beere, who is in New Zealand.

Also among the New Zealand entries are the Olympic representatives C. Roberts, and J. Douglas. Both Roberts and Douglas competed in the recent Olympic Finn-class trials. The Australian entrants are Clarke, J. Ley, W. Tyler, G. Waalliker and V. Gersbach (New South Wales), W. Bell and B. Collins (Victoria). There will be seven races, two on the Friday, Saturday and Sunday and one on the Monday.
