Princess to train

SINGAPORE, March 7.
Princess Anne has returned to Britain to make her bid for a place in the British equestrian team at the next Olympic Games in Munich, West Germany. The 21-year-old Princess has three weeks hard training ahead of her before the Badminton horse trials, a top equestrian event which will be virtually the main test for the British Olympic team.
She has not ridden or taken any athletic exercise since she flew out to Thailand on February 9 with her parents for the Royal tour.
Princess Anne arrived today aboard the Royal yacht Britannia, which left the east Malaysian State of Sarawak on the morning of March 3. The Princess, wearing a red A-line dress, was driven straight from the A.N.Z.U.K. Naval base to Tengah airfield, after the ceremonial welcome of the Queen and boarded a British Royal Air Force VCIO.
