Combined show
The Rangiora art and pottery groups are holding a combined exhibition in the showroom of Parrotts, 42 High Street, Rangiora, this week.
Formed little more than three years ago, the pottery group has acquired and set up club-rooms, and built a kiln.
The group has had displays at agricultural and pastoral shows and other shows, but this is its first exhibition.
The Christchurch potter. Michael Trumic, has given tuition to senior members of the group, who in turn have helped beginners. The art group has held several exhibitions in recent years.
