Hotel wage increase

WELLINGTON, Nov. 29.
The Hotel Workers’ Union has won a wage increase of 15 per cent over rates at January 1, 1971, for full-time employees. The new rates, payable from today, have to be approved by the Remuneration Authority. The base rates for parttime, casual and specialoccasion workers has been increased 12j per cent.
