Swede wins rally

S. Blomqvist, of Sweden, has been confirmed as winner of the R.A.C. British motor rally which ended on Thursday. Driving a Saab, his time was 450 min 47sec.
Other leading placings were: B. Waldegaard (Sweden), Porsche, 454.00, 2; C. Orrenios (Sweden), Saab, 460.01, 3; H. Mikkola (Finland), Ford, 460.05, 4; T. Makinen (Finland), Ford, 461.00, 5; S. Lampinen (Finland), Lancia, 465.16, 6. The manufacturers* team award was won by Saab, with Ford second, and Lancia third.
