Uruguayans vote
(N.Z.P.A.-Reuter—Copyright) MONTEVIDEO (Uruguay), Nov. 29. The Left-wing coalition leader, General Liber Seregni, conceded defeat today in the Uruguayan Presidential elections as the ruling Colorado Party appeared headed for a narrow victory over its traditional Blanco Party rivals. Although returns were still unofficial and fragmentary, the Coloradqs were making a strong showing in the capital of Montevideo and holding their own in the countryside against the Blanco Party challenge.
