MR J. L FENAUGHTY, who has been appointed Senior Trade Commissioner and Minister (Commercial) for New Zealand at Canberra to succeed Mr R. Thawley. Mr Fenaughty joined the Department of Industries and Commerce in 1939 and has held overseas trade posts in London, San Francisco, New York, and Tokyo. He was New Zealand’s CommissionerGeneral for Expo 1970 at Osaka.
