Two men are in serious condition in the intensive care unit of Kew Hospital, 'lnvercargill, after an electrii cal accident at the West Arm | power station on Wednesday, j John Muir, aged 34, of i Dunedin, a skilled labourer, and Ronald Hale Youthed, aged 35, a mechanical fitter, were cleaning a turbine pit in one of the generators when the accident happened. Vapour from the cleaning fluid was ignited by an electrical spark, and both men were badly burnt about the chest and head.
