(N.Z. Press Association) WHAKATANE. Bay of Plenty added to an impressive performance this season when it beat Taranaki, 16-8, in a stirring representative Rugby match at Whakatahe yesterday. Scorers. —For Bay of Plenty: A. McNaughton, two tries; D. A. Trask, two penalties and two conversions. For Taranaki: B. Vesty a try, F. Hill a penalty and a conversion.
