Senior-Sergeant P. A. Nash has been promoted from sergeant-in-charge of the police district office, Wanganui, to become officer-in-charge of the district office of the Christchurch police. Senior-Sergeant Nash will take up the position today. He succeeds the late SeniorSergeant L. J, Grimwood. Messrs F; D. O’Flynn, Q.C. (chairman), A. T. Gandell, and C. A. Whiting have been appointed as the Government Railways Industrial Tribunal for three years from August 1.
