Youth killed on farm
(N.Z. Preii Auociation) INVERCARGILL, Aug. 31. A 16-year-old Canterbury youth was killed in a tractor accident at Pahia, Southland, today. He was Nicholas Robert Dohrnan, son of Mr and Mrs R. E. Dohrman, of Robert Street, Lincoln.
He was killed when the tractor he was driving slipped down a 3ft ledge and overturned, pinning him underneath. He had been spending the school holidays on a farm at Pahia.
