In addition to weekly clinical meetings, special house surgeons tutorials are held. During the year the move will' be made to the new Hospital at Westown (1 mile away) with full modern facilities. House Surgeons cover at Hawera Hospital, a Hospital of 136 beds, 50 miles away, will be partly arranged on a voluntary rotational basis. Married and single accommodation is available.
