A four-room house on a 21.8-perch section at 13 Lyn-j don Street, Riccarton, sold at auction yesterday for $6OOO. The Government valuation is $4400. The auctioneer was! Mr E. G. Keenan, of Binns,! Barber and Keenan, Ltd. A brick house on a 29perch section at 84 Creyke Road, Ham, was passed in at $18,200. The house has a Government valuation of l $16,000. The auctioneer was Mr W. Knight, representing Whittle, Knight and Bpatwood, Ltd, in conjunction with Matthew Robinson, Ltd. Another property at 31 Matai Street, Lower Riccarton, was passed in at auction for $ll,OOO. The Government valuation is $8350.
The auctioneer was Mr D. O. Chapman, of Ford and Hadfield, Ltd.
