Palmer and Nicklaus each won $20,000 for their team victory, while Trevino has been off form since his victories in the United States, Canadian and British Opens. Nicklaus now has $187,763, and Palmer $184,799. Trevino, who failed to make the cut in the team championship, retains the lead with $197,219.
