Lower-grade Rugby footballers throughout New Zealand can expect greater Incentives in the near future. That was the view of »Ir M. R. Barnett, the Canterbury Rugby Union’s representative on the New Zealand Rugby Football Union’s special committee to investigate lower-grade football, when he reported to the C.R.F.U. management committee last evening.
