(N.Z. Press Association)
NAPIER, June 21
The Supreme Court writ which arrested an Australian tuna fishing vessel at Napier for more than a month, has been lifted by the payment of $5OOO owed by the vessel’s owners for a hull painting job.
The Napier registrar, Mr L. P. Gavin, said today there was now nothing to hold the vessel in port. It is expected to sail for Samoa tomorrow.
