UNIVERSITY VACANCIES THE MEDICAL RESEARCH COUNCIL OF NEW ZEALAND RESEARCH SCHOLARSHIPS FOR 1971-72 SUMMER VACATION THE MEDICAL RESEARCH COUNCIL offers Scholarships at Junior and Senior levels for award to undergraduate students proposing to do medical research during the atimmer vacation. These scholarships will have a value of $450 (junior) and $5OO (senior) and award will be based on the merit of the proposed research programme and the academic background of the applicant. The award of senior scholarships will he restricted to students who have reached the fourth year of the medical or dental course or who have qualified B.Sc.. B.Med.Sclt., or M.Sc. (H.BIol).
